ICO regulatory policy in Ukraine and across the world – presentation from the founder of Juscutum Artem Afian
How do the Ukrainian authorities approach the token sale regulation? Which examples of such regulation exist in the world? Answers to the questions will be given by the speaker of Blockchain & Bitcoin Conference Kyiv, Managing Partner at Juscutum legal advisers company Artem Afian.
The topic of speaker’s presentation is “State policy in regards of ICOs worldwide and in Ukraine in particular”.
Artem will talk about trends common for the Ukrainian authorities in the relation of the token sale regulation. He will also provide specific examples of current practices of ICO regulation in different jurisdictions of the world.
Having graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2008, Artem Afian founded Juscutum, where he has been working to the present time. In 2015, Juscutum entered top 5 law firms of Ukraine in the sphere of IT and business protection. Today Artem covers the role of Managing Partner, specializing in juridical protection of business. Member of the Expert Council of the Parliamentary Committee for Informatization and Communications of Ukraine, and member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Ukrainian Internet Association. Artem is also engaged in the workgroup for protection of rights of subjects of Internet relationships of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
